Refunds & Exchanges

If there is a manufacturing defect, we have a 30-day refund policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund

Because most of our items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for non-manufacturing defect. Please choose color and size carefully as sales are final!

To start a refund, you can contact us at marengocomics@gmail.com. You will have to provide a picture of the defect or quality issue. If your refund is accepted, we’ll refund you the full amount paid to your original payment method.
